8th Annual Boys to Men CaddyHack Golf Fundraiser
Here at Tap Truck USA, we are always bringing our mobile bar service to events that touch our hearts, events that will be lifelong memories, and so many more important celebrations. We would like to take this time to highlight a heartfelt and memorable event we had the chance to be a part of. For the third year in a row, Tap Truck USA was proud to have the opportunity to participate in the 8th Annual CaddyHack Golf Tournament on August 5th, 2024. Hosted by the prestigious Fairbanks Ranch Country Club in Rancho Santa Fe, the event’s proceeds go to supporting the Boys to Men Mentoring Foundation, an organization devoted to helping underrepresented teenage boys transition into adulthood by building a community of male role models. Tap Truck USA and Tap Truck San Diego couldn’t be more honored to help support such an impactful event and to be able to help support such an important cause!
CaddyHack
The CaddyHack golf tournament is more than just your average golf event - it’s something San Diego locals especially look forward to, and this year’s festival was absolutely buzzing! With over thirty food and drink vendors, twenty bands and musicians, an entire field of golfers, and most importantly an empowering cause, this was one for the books!
The 8th Annual CaddyHack Golf Festival raised an outstanding $225,000 that will go towards helping young boys who lack a role model or father figure, navigate their lives into adulthood. The energy and excitement were contagious throughout the festival as everyone in attendance enjoyed a sunny day on the course, incredible food, refreshing drinks, and the atmosphere of helping change lives.
Tap Truck’s Role and Service
Tap Truck San Diego brought some heat to this year's event with not one, but two, of their vintage mobile bars! The San Diego team brought out their 1921 Buick and pink Volkswagen Bus to keep guests groovin' and the drinks flowing! Our classic vehicles added the perfect touch of class and nostalgia to the already stunning Fairbanks Ranch Country Club! While the Volkswagen Bus was parked alongside the main stage, Tap Truck San Diego turned their service up a notch by driving the Buick around the course and delivering drinks straight to the golfers! Their incredible mobile bar service kept the vibes high as they made their rounds throughout the day, making sure everyone could enjoy a cold drink from fairways to greens!
Both trucks had a variety of beverages to choose from throughout the event, however, Tap Truck San Diego partnered up with Seaborn Cocktails to introduce their new Lavender Lemonade, which turned out to be the hit of the event! In addition, the Tap Truck San Diego team also offered a State Ale from Alesmith, a Strawberry hard kombucha from Bücha Hard Kombucha, a margarita cocktail, and a non-alcoholic root beer! Our truck's versatility provided a unique and memorable beverage experience for all guests, no matter their drink preference. The Tap Truck San Diego team was ecstatic to have some fun and support a great cause out on the course!
Boys To Men Mentoring Foundation
At Tap Truck USA, we believe in the importance of role models and having a community to grow around, which is why doing whatever we can to support The Boys to Men Mentoring Foundation is so special to us. Boys to Men provides an essential support system for boys aged eleven to seventeen who are often facing challenging circumstances such as family instability, school difficulties, or behavioral issues. Their mission to guide and mentor teenage boys through difficult times in life is invaluable and their initiative to build a community of role models who empower and encourage at-risk teenage boys to follow their dreams is truly inspiring. Tap Truck USA and Tap Truck San Diego are honored to stand alongside The Boys to Men Foundation and support the inspirational work they do!
Looking Ahead
The 8th Annual CaddyHack Golf Festival was an outstanding success and we are already looking forward to next year’s festivities. It was a privilege to be a part of such an inspirational and meaningful cause. We would like to give a special thank you to The Boys to Men Mentoring Foundation for allowing us to take part in a life-changing philanthropy, to the Fairbanks Ranch Country Club for hosting such a beautiful event, and to all the guests, organizers, and volunteers for making this unforgettable experience come to life.
